TVK AEROSPACE & DEFENCE

Governance & Trust

Evidence before claims. Boundaries before authority.

TVK Aerospace & Defence separates software engineering evidence, provider evidence, independent review, customer acceptance and regulatory or operational certification. One category never silently substitutes for another.

Authority boundary

Situational awareness is not command authority.

Allowed scope

Inspection & evidence

Read-only situational awareness, source health, digital twins, replay, simulation, provenance, audit, operator inspection and defensive security.

Independent authority

Producer separation

TVK-IADS, OSOIX, TVK Orbital and other governed producers retain independent authority. Cross-domain presentation does not silently infer identity or promote source truth.

Excluded

No actuation path

No weapon aiming, fire-control computation, automatic target engagement, firing or launch commands, aircraft flight-control authority, spacecraft propulsion, docking, capture, deorbit or collision-avoidance manoeuvre execution.

Claims governance

A passing build is not certification.

Repository tests, deployment smoke tests and provider health evidence demonstrate only the bounded conditions they actually observed.

Operational, aviation, defence, spaceflight, regulatory, standards-conformance and customer-acceptance claims require their own reviewed evidence and are not inferred from software readiness.

Point-in-time runtime evidence is labelled as such and must not be presented as a permanent availability guarantee.

Security posture

Fail closed, minimise exposure, preserve provenance.

Least authority

Public surfaces receive only the minimum reviewed data and capability required for their purpose. Private engineering evidence and credentials are excluded from public output.

Truth separation

Observed, modelled, synthetic, historical, stale and unavailable states remain distinguishable. Missing or degraded upstream data is not replaced with fabricated live truth.

Human and external gates

Human review, legal approval, independent security assessment, provider acceptance and representative-device evidence remain separate gates where required.

Operator

TVK Labs & Technologies LTD

TVK Aerospace & Defence is operated as a division of TVK Labs & Technologies LTD. Programme-specific legal, contractual, licensing, export/security and customer requirements are reviewed separately before deployment.
