TVK Aerospace & Defence evaluates customer, institutional, research, infrastructure and technology-partner enquiries through a written scoping and due-diligence process before technical or commercial commitments are made.
Preferred communication: written only. Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, classified material or restricted operational data by email.
Initial scope
What to include in a first enquiry.
Purpose
High-level intended use, problem statement, desired outcome and whether the scope is civil, research, infrastructure, aerospace, security or another reviewed category.
Environment
Target deployment environment, geography, data residency expectations, integration constraints and expected availability class.
Data & authority
High-level data classifications, source ownership/permission model and required read-only interfaces. Do not include secrets or restricted payloads in the first enquiry.
Assurance
Required procurement, security, privacy, standards, accessibility, regulatory or independent-assessment obligations.
Commercial frame
Indicative programme timing, procurement path and whether the request concerns evaluation, pilot, licensing, integration, R&D or institutional collaboration.
Process
No silent leap from enquiry to deployment.
1. Written intake. We establish who is requesting what, for which lawful purpose and under which jurisdiction.
2. Due diligence. Identity, organisation, scope, data authority and relevant legal/security constraints are reviewed before sensitive detail is exchanged.
3. Technical fit. Applicable programmes and read-only integration boundaries are identified. Unsupported or unsafe authority is not implied.
4. Evidence plan. Required tests, provider evidence, human acceptance, independent reviews and customer-specific acceptance criteria are defined.
5. Commercial proposal. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions and pricing are documented in writing before commitment.
Deployment boundary
Engineering readiness is not operational authorization.
No unsupported certification claim
Software, provider or deployment evidence does not itself establish aviation, defence, spaceflight, regulatory, standards or customer operational certification.
No hidden command scope
Public TVK Aerospace architecture is situational-awareness and evidence oriented. It does not include weapon-control, engagement, aircraft flight-control or spacecraft-actuation authority.
Customer-specific acceptance
Production deployment requires agreed acceptance evidence for the actual environment, integrations, security posture, devices, people and provider dependencies in scope.
